FAQ

How to visit Santa?

You need to book a time slot for your Santa Grotto visit and make the payment. After that, just come to the club at your scheduled time and meet Santa.
If you wish, you’re welcome to stay and play in the club afterward.

WILL THERE BE GIFTS?

Santa gives a small gift to each child.
If you want Santa to hand over your own present, please bring it to the reception in advance, labelled with the child’s name and time slot.

What’s included in the price?

A child’s visit to the Santa's Grotto, a full pass to the kids’ club, and entry for one accompanying adult. Tickets are non-refundable.
An additional adult is 75K and can be paid at the reception.

If I have two or more children?

You need to book and pay for the number of slots equal to the number of children.
You can book the slots back-to-back to make the visit more convenient.

WHAT IF WE ARE LATE?

Your booking is for a specific time slot.If you arrive late, the visit may be shorter and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

CAN WE TAKE PHOTOS?

Yes, you can take your own photos and videos during your visit.If you prefer printed photos, you can buy a photographer package at the reception afterward.

HOW CAN I PAY?

Payment is available through online booking only.
