During the festival, parents can upgrade their experience by reserving a poolside lounger or cabana.

It’s a comfortable way to relax, enjoy food and drinks from Sando, and stay close while kids enjoy the event.

Poolside access is available only for Chinese New Year Festival guests and during a fixed time slot. Booking with F&B deposit.

What is included in the ticket?
Each ticket is valid for one person (child or adult). Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Includes: instant printed family photo with the dragons and a mandarin for the traditional dragon feeding ritual.
What are the ticket prices?
until 1 Feb: 150k IDR per person (child or adult)
1 Feb – 14 Feb: 175k IDR per person (child or adult)
Event Day : 200k IDR per person (child or adult)
Babies under 1 year old enter free (parents need a ticket).

Is availability guaranteed at the door?
No. Walk-in tickets are available only if the event is not sold out in advance. We recommend purchasing tickets online.
Is poolside access included in the event ticket?
No. Poolside Loungers and Cabanas are optional add-ons and must be reserved separately.
Who can reserve a lounger or cabana?
Poolside reservations are available only for Chinese New Year Festival guests.
A lounger is recommended for 1 adult and 1 child, while a cabana is suitable for up to 2 adults and 2 children.
How does the poolside pre-payment work?
The full amount is paid in advance and is 100% redeemable as food & beverage credit at Sando on the event day.
Can unused F&B credit be refunded or transferred?
No. Any unused credit is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or used after the event.
